Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation of Orders 1.1 You may cancel your order placed through the TailsMart mobile application ("App") before the order has been dispatched for delivery. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact TailsMart's customer support as soon as possible, providing your order details.
Refunds 2.1 Refunds for canceled orders will be processed in accordance with the following guidelines:
a) If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched, you will be eligible for a full refund, including any applicable delivery charges.
b) If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for eligible refund options.
Return and Exchange Policy 3.1 TailsMart accepts returns and exchanges for certain eligible products. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy, available on the App, for detailed information on the eligibility criteria, timelines, and process for returning or exchanging products.
Damaged or Defective Products 4.1 If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact TailsMart's customer support within [number of days] days of receiving the product. Provide relevant details and evidence, such as photographs, to support your claim. TailsMart will assess the situation and, if applicable, arrange for a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the nature of the issue.
Processing Refunds 5.1 TailsMart will process eligible refunds within [number of days] days of receiving a cancellation request or a return request for a damaged or defective product. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
